Jason Daniel
Jason DanielCrossFit CMH Owner & Head Coach | CrossFit Level 1 | AAS Sports and Exercise Science
Jason’s passion for working out started at age 14. His dream of opening his own gym is now a reality. He was a competitive powerlifter for 6 years and has had the privilege of learning from fitness experts such as Cory Gregory (11-time cover model, top powerlifter, author), Tony Ramos (Westside Barbell), and Laura Phelps Sweatt (CrossFit Conjugate, Westside Barbell). Jason holds a degree in Exercise Science, as well as a degree in Business. He is most proud of his family and loves playing with his sons.

Sarah WCoach | CrossFit Level 1
Sarah was very active in college, working out almost daily at a gym, but after graduating and having a 40 hour a week desk job, exercise fell by the wayside. In 2012 after gaining 130 pounds, she decided that she didn’t want to spend her life on a couch in front of the TV. She began to run and discovered she really enjoyed it and lost 90 pounds. After over -training for a 10k race, Sarah tore her meniscus in both knees and was told by doctors to stop running. She joined a box gym in the hopes of trying to keep the weight she had lost off, but lack of guidence and how to plan workouts gradually led to the scale creeping back up again. In 2015 a friend introduced her to the CrossFit Games. “I took one look at the workouts the athletes were doing and I was hooked. I wanted to be able to do everything they were doing.” It took 2 more years before Sarah worked up the courage to walk into CrossFit CMH. “I was scared that I was not going to be able to do any of the workouts and being plus-sized added to my anxiety that I wouldn’t fit in and would be made fun of. After 3 days I knew this was the place for me. Everyone was supportive and encouraging. The workouts were tough but I could do them. Jason was perfect about meeting me at my fitness level. I cannot imagine my life now without CrossFit in it.”
In her spare time Sarah enjoys hiking, camping, and attending music concerts with her fiancée JB.
Adam Brosious
Adam BrosiousCoach | CrossFit Level 1
Adam is a Registered Nurse at Pickerington Emergency Care Center. He works in the emergency department, and is the Pickerington Medical Campus’s Wellness Coach. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University. Adam’s first CrossFit class was here at CrossFit CMH. He started after being sedentary for a year. With our program he has lost 65 pounds in a year. He was so excited by his results that he decided to help others reach their fitness goals. Adam tested for his CrossFit Level 1 in Columbus, Ohio at Rogue Fitness. He enjoys flag football, baseball, running, and the Scottish Highland Games. “My favorite part of my experience coaching at CMH is seeing athletes break personal records!”
Rachel Brosious
Rachel BrosiousCoach | CrossFit Level 1
A sedentary desk job and three kids left Rachel with very little time to focus on her own well being. She was to the point where she felt her low energy and irritability were affecting her family life and she knew she needed to do something. Years of working out with personal trainers, running, pilates, yoga, dancing, P90X, and trying gym after gym never gave her the results she wanted so the first time Rachel walked into CrossFit CMH she didn’t know what to expect. “CrossFit has changed my life. I am doing things I could never do, things I never even imagined trying before. I have more energy now than I did even prior to having kids.” Outside of the box Rachel loves kayaking, camping, and introducing her children to new adventures. But inside the walls of CMH, she loves nothing more than to help others change their lives as well.
