CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

No! The beauty of the CrossFit program is that it is for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman, a CEO or unemployed, 100 pounds or 400 pounds, 16 or 75 years old, we have a program for you. We focus on adjusting each workout so that everyone can do it. This means that you can work out next to everyone and get the same stimulus of the workout so that you can reach your goals.
Fair question, let us explain. In general, a $10 per month membership to a gym will get you $10 results. It’s not your job to know how to get better results in the gym, so a personal trainer would be a good option. However, the average personal trainer charges $75 per hour which will cost you hundreds of dollars each month.

Our monthly price includes everything you need in one simple price. We take all the guess work out for you; all you need to do is show up ready to work. We’ll do the rest.

Of course not! The women you may have seen on TV during the CrossFit Games are professional athletes. These women work very hard to look that way and often work out 3 or more times per day. If our program makes you look like that, we need to have a conversation about retiring from your job to pursue a professional career in CrossFit.
The equation here is pretty simple. The more you put in, the more you get out of it. That goes for your time in the gym as well as your nutrition. In general, you can expect to lose weight, gain muscle, and feel better.
