SCHEDULE

CrossFit CMH has designed its programs so that all you have to do is literally show up. Every class is led by a coach who will lead you through a comprehensive warm up, thoroughly explain the workout, and teach you how to execute the daily movements in a safe and efficient manner.

We will always scale the workout so that it is tailored to your specific needs and abilities. We don’t stop there. We have a workout tracking system that you will have full access to so that you can track your progress in a measurable, observable, and repeatable way. This means you can actually see your results!

We ask that all members show up at least 5 minutes before class starts so that we can keep everyone on time.

Come in with an open mind. We are all here to get better and become healthier, so please have a positive attitude when you walk through the doors. Use CrossFit CMH as a place of peace for you, a place where you can have some “you” time. Contribute to our community by introducing yourself to new members and cheering on others.
